Refunds & Replacements

Refund & Replacement Policy

Art Illusion operates as a limited drop premium apparel brand. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, all sales are considered final upon successful order placement.

No Refunds Or Exchanges

Art Illusion does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Slight variations in product color due to screen calibration differences
  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders

Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is physically damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Manufacturing defect exists
  • Product received substantially differs from product ordered

Filing A Claim

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact Art Illusion within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after forty-eight (48) hours may be rejected at the sole discretion of Art Illusion.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of packaging
  • Description of the issue

Discretion & Processing

Art Illusion reserves the sole and absolute right to:

  • Approve replacement requests
  • Reject fraudulent claims
  • Reject incomplete claims
  • Request additional verification evidence
  • Limit replacement eligibility in cases of abuse or suspected fraud

Approved replacements shall be processed within seven (7) business days.

No monetary refunds shall be issued except where required by applicable law.
