Art Illusion currently ships throughout India. Orders are generally processed within one (1) to five (5) business days following successful payment confirmation or order verification.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
- Metro cities — three (3) to seven (7) business days
- Non-metro cities — five (5) to ten (10) business days
Delays & Force Majeure
Art Illusion shall not be held liable for delays arising due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Regional disruptions
- Force majeure events
Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders may require additional verification before dispatch.
Tracking & Ownership
Once dispatched, customers shall receive tracking information through their account dashboard or direct communication channels.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the courier partner.
Reserved Rights
Art Illusion reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to high-risk addresses
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Request additional customer verification
- Modify shipping policies without prior notice
